It's a pity I'm not a prof with Photoshop! :( Max took these pictures with his camera using special function and then sent them to me without fixing... I've tried to erase this reddish color on my cheeks (reddish because of my godmother's kisses. Her lipstick was exremely red :) ) , but I didn't manage to do it... :(

11:01 pm - I'm back to LJ
I've decided to start writing here again...
On Thuesday I had a test on English and I got 90 of 100 - not bad, but still... TOEFL is waiting for me and it's one more reason to continue my English "practice" here :) So, if you notice serious or stupid mistakes in my posts, tell me about it please, ok? :)

Yesterday I visited Russian Aquabike Championship. I should say it was great! Really great! It's no use to tell how it was - it should be seen by with your own eyes! And of course Ivan Potanin got his next gold medal. Woohoo! :)

11:54 pm - Refusal...
I didn't get my French visa... :( I've got the refusal without any explanation... Just stamp - 1C... The French people at the embassy were monsters asking a lot of stupid questions, really!
So, I'm not going to France this summer. :(

Looking forward to my trip... Oh, it’ll be only in August! :( ((
I think I didn’t mention about my great plan here before...
My tour is beginning in 20th of August… First of all I’m going to travel to Turkey. My friends and I will go to Bolu – a little town near the Black Sea coast. The 2006 paragliding festival will take place there. My friends are taking part in competitions there. I’ve never tried to fly with a glider myself, but I’d like to. Maybe in August I’ll have such an opportunity. :) After this festival we are going to stay in Istanbul – the cultural capital of Turkey – for some days. And then…we’re going to travel to Paris. I’ve never been to Paris and it’s my greatest desire to visit it. After Paris we’ll return to Turkey and spend a week by the sea – in Fethiye. It’s very beautiful place indeed – like a paradise. :)))
So, now I’m preparing the documents for my trip, especially for my *** French visa… To tell the truth, I’m already fed up with it... The French embassy wants too many papers from me! On Thursday I’m having an interview at the embassy. I hope I’ll get my visa at last... :)))

Oh, it was soooo hot today! About 31C... It was impossible to stay outside! The worst thing was that there was no wind at all... Uhhh... Russia has a very strange climate, I think... -30C in winter, +30C in summer... I wonder how we manage to survive?!

I created this journal on Livejournal.com to practice my English writing... I don't know if it's a good idea, but I saw many people using their journals for it. I also decided to try... I suppose I'll make many mistakes here and maybe then it'll be funny to read my journal. So, i think, if it makes someone smile, it's worth a try. :)
